The white wines

The wine terroir is a concept that recognizes each wine a personality by the varieties used by the land on which the vines grow, by microclimates that they benefit from the expertise of the winemakers who grow it and vinified. A white wine is a wine produced by the fermentation of grape pulp and unstained white or black film. It is treated so as to maintain a transparent yellow color to the final product. The wide variety of white wines comes from the large number of varieties, methods of vinification, and the residual sugar.
